Service

DrumXtract provides AI-assisted drum stem separation. Results are provided “as is”. Separation quality depends on the source mix and is not guaranteed to be perfect.

Credits & queues

Free usage consumes Standard credits and may wait behind paid jobs. Purchased credits are Priority credits and are processed first. Credits do not expire unless the operator announces otherwise. Failed jobs that exhaust retries are refunded as the same credit type.

Acceptable use

You must only upload content you have the right to process. Do not use the service for malware, abuse, scraping, or attempts to reverse-engineer or overload the infrastructure.

Payments & Right of Withdrawal

One-time purchases are handled by Stripe. Except where required by law, unused credits are non-refundable after purchase. If a paid promotion cannot be applied because processing already started, the credit is preserved for a future job.

Derecho de Desistimiento (Art. 103.m RDL 1/2007): Conforme a la Directiva Europea 2011/83/UE y la Ley General de Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (LGDCU), el derecho de desistimiento de 14 días no será aplicable al suministro de contenido o servicios digitales cuya ejecución haya comenzado con el consentimiento explícito del usuario y la pérdida consciente de su derecho de desistimiento al iniciar el procesamiento o consumo del crédito.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, GPU capacity and queue depth can affect wait times.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim.
